Effective December 23, 2024 the “Paperwork Burden Reduction Act” was signed into law. This law removes the obligation from employers to automatically provide eligible individuals with a copy of the 1095 form confirming employer healthcare coverage. As such, forms will no longer be distributed to individuals enrolled in the plan automatically. We will continue to file all forms with the IRS per the IRS 6055 regulations.

Please contact the Human Resources Department to request a copy of your 1095-C form. Thank you.
